In this episode, I share my personal journey of realizing the harmful effects of judging people without knowing the full story. Growing up, I witnessed people being unfairly judged due to their race, gender, or socioeconomic status, and it always infuriated me.
But it wasn’t until I found myself on the receiving end of this judgment that I truly understood the hurt it causes. I felt frustrated and angry that people were making assumptions about me and my actions without taking the time to understand my perspective.
Instead of dwelling in my anger, I decided to turn it into an opportunity for growth. I started practicing non-judgment and observing situations without jumping to conclusions. I learned to keep my thoughts to myself and to communicate issues with respect and grace, regardless of how I felt.
Through this process, I discovered that grace is the key to understanding others and communicating effectively. By putting myself in someone else’s shoes and trying to see their perspective, I was able to build empathy and understanding.
Forgiveness is crucial for personal growth. Whenever I faced a difficult situation, I found it helpful to forgive myself and then seek guidance from my spirit guides on what lesson I could learn from the experience. This helped me approach difficult situations with compassion and understanding
So join me in this episode as I share my personal journey of understanding the harm of judgment and how practicing grace and forgiveness has set me free.
