How many labels do you use to describe yourself? Your race, your profession, your religion, labels based on your past (failure, alcoholic, former employee, ex-wife ….)
I want you to know that you are more than a label.
You are limitless. When you transcend a label, especially those that have been placed on you by others, you become open to experiencing life in a new way, which ultimately leads to feeling fulfilled.
It’s time to let go of your personal history and labels, and embrace the gifts that the tough times and labels brought. It’s time to understand them, accept them, honor them and transform them by taking the strengths and the lessons to serve you here and now.
